Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of FullWorth, including its bill-monitoring, bank-connection, statement-processing, alerting, and account features.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing FullWorth, connecting a financial institution, uploading a statement, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the FullWorth Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must use FullWorth only for accounts and information you are authorized to access.
2. What FullWorth does
FullWorth is designed to help users identify recurring bills, detect meaningful changes, understand the estimated monthly and annual impact of those changes, and, when supporting evidence is available, explain why a bill changed.
FullWorth may use bank transaction history, account metadata, provider statements, extracted statement text, bill history, and other evidence you provide or authorize. The product is transaction-first: transactions may identify recurring bills, while statements and other evidence may help explain changes.
FullWorth may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time. A feature shown in testing, beta, documentation, or marketing may not be available to every user at all times.
3. Accounts, credentials, and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FullWorth credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when necessary.
FullWorth may offer security features such as email verification, password recovery, authenticator-based two-factor authentication, recovery codes, and session protections. You are responsible for safeguarding any recovery codes and devices used to access your account.
You must notify FullWorth through the support method made available in the service if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Financial institution connections and Plaid
FullWorth may use Plaid or another authorized data provider to connect to supported financial institutions. When you start a connection, you may interact directly with that provider's connection flow and its own terms and privacy practices.
By connecting an account, you authorize FullWorth and its data provider to retrieve the account, transaction, balance, institution, and related information you select and authorize for the purpose of providing FullWorth features.
FullWorth is designed as a read-only monitoring product. FullWorth does not use connected financial data to initiate payments, transfers, trades, withdrawals, deposits, or other movement of funds.
Financial institutions and data providers can change, delay, restrict, revoke, or stop data access. FullWorth is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of a third party's systems.
5. Statement uploads and document processing
You may be able to upload provider statements or other supported documents so FullWorth can extract bill information and compare it with transaction and bill history. You represent that you have the right to provide any document you upload.
FullWorth may classify documents, extract text, run OCR, parse bill fields, validate candidate values, match a statement to a bill, compare prior history, detect changes, and create explanations or alerts. Some processing can fail or produce incomplete results because documents vary widely in quality and format.
Do not upload documents unrelated to your own FullWorth use or documents containing information you are not authorized to provide.
6. Automated analysis and AI-assisted features
FullWorth uses deterministic software for core financial arithmetic, ownership checks, security decisions, historical comparisons, and other verifiable calculations. Where enabled, FullWorth may also use automated or AI-assisted tools to interpret limited evidence, such as identifying candidate reasons a bill changed.
AI-assisted output is not treated as independent proof. FullWorth is designed to validate candidate facts against available evidence and may say that it does not know why a bill changed when the evidence is insufficient.
Automated results can still be wrong. You should review important findings against your provider statement, financial institution records, or provider account before making financial decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use FullWorth to break the law, access another person's financial information without authorization, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious content, abuse rate limits, impersonate another person, or use FullWorth to facilitate fraud or financial harm.
You may not attempt to obtain another user's records by manipulating identifiers, requests, URLs, or client-side state.
8. Beta and pre-release features
FullWorth may operate as a private beta, controlled public beta, preview, or pre-release service. Beta features can contain defects, be incomplete, change without notice, or become temporarily unavailable. Data-processing behavior and user interfaces may evolve rapidly during beta.
You should not rely on FullWorth as your sole record of a bill, payment obligation, due date, provider notice, account balance, or contractual obligation.
9. Subscriptions, pricing, and paid features
FullWorth may offer free, beta, promotional, or paid access. If a paid plan is offered, the applicable price, billing interval, included features, renewal behavior, and cancellation terms will be presented before you authorize a charge.
FullWorth does not charge you merely because a subscription feature exists in the product. Any paid billing terms that apply to your account will be disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.
10. Electronic communications
By using FullWorth, you agree to receive transactional communications needed to operate your account, such as verification emails, password-reset messages, security notices, service notices, and other account-related communications.
Marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled separately from essential account and security communications and will be subject to applicable opt-out requirements.
11. Disconnecting services and deleting your account
You may disconnect supported bank connections and may request account deletion using available FullWorth account controls. Account deletion is intended to remove user-owned FullWorth records and stored statement files after required connection-revocation steps succeed.
For safety, FullWorth may stop a deletion attempt rather than falsely claim completion if a connected bank cannot be safely revoked or required stored files cannot be removed. Operational backups may retain deleted data for a limited recovery lifecycle until those backups expire or are replaced in the ordinary course.
FullWorth may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or must be restricted to comply with law.
12. Financial and service disclaimers
FullWorth provides informational monitoring and analysis only. FullWorth does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, insurance, credit, or investment advice.
Recurring-bill detection, categorization, due dates, provider matching, change detection, statement extraction, OCR, estimated annual impact, explanations, alerts, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FullWorth and its operators, contributors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost savings; lost data; missed payments; late fees; overdrafts; service interruptions; or losses resulting from reliance on an inaccurate or delayed FullWorth result.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, FullWorth's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid FullWorth for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100, except where applicable law requires a different result.
14. Third-party services
FullWorth depends on third-party services such as financial-data providers, financial institutions, hosting infrastructure, email delivery services, and, where enabled, AI or document-processing providers. Those services are governed by their own agreements and practices. FullWorth is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, outages, policy changes, or data.
15. Intellectual property
FullWorth, its software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of information and documents you lawfully provide to FullWorth. You grant FullWorth the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that information solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
FullWorth may update these Terms as the product, law, or business changes. When changes are material, FullWorth may provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
17. Governing law and disputes
Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Pennington County, South Dakota.
18. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without FullWorth's permission; FullWorth may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service.
19. Contact and legal notices
Questions about these Terms or legal notices may be submitted through the contact or support method published by FullWorth in the service. FullWorth may add a dedicated legal contact address as the service moves beyond beta.
